This is the Box Empire Assault Squad. We are a specialized strike team composed of trained individuals who have undergone thoughtful selection. We are a freelance strike team that operates primarily on Garry's Mod.

Potential Revamp

  • First: Anyone in this group that is seeing this announcement and is not interested in participating in GMod antics with us any longer, you are obliged to leave this group. You may rejoin if you are interested in the future. If you are interested, go check out tc2142's server on gmod.

  • Second: I am revamping the BEAS. I am doing this because tc2142 is revitalizing his server, which as we know once was our homebase. We have discussed my group, and have decided to see how a revitalization effort may go. This may or may not be a permanent deal, but we are going to see how things go. It will likely not be BEAS but may go by another name, idk, this decision will probably be pretty arbitrary.

  • Third: Looking back, I ordered things in a very interesting manner. I have noticed many things which can be improved upon. The changes will be listed below.

New Policies
  • Our policies on loyalty remain the same.

Requirements
  • There will be emphasis on one's reliability. Simply put, if you're not interested in gmod antics, don't worry about being here. Because I'm not gonna try to force you to be active when you don't wanna be.

Principles
  • I used to have morals. By now I've learned I was using the wrong word.
  • These will be general tenets that are important to the group's ethics. They ought to be relevant to the activities we might be doing. I dont think I will develop them yet.

Tactical Approach
  • Ranger: The Ranger approach will utilize an operative's combat abilities. Someone who is a virtuoso in pvp will be classified as a Ranger. They have the tactical strength of a small group of shooters, and can be trusted to get the job done in a squad or even as just one person.

  • Engineer: The Engineer approach involves some kind of contraption that is used. This may be a vehicle, or a dupe spawned weapon like a guided missile or turret. Engineers should be advanced in wiremod, various tools, and have a good understanding of the quirks of Source and its physics, all in order to create creative ways of more efficiently killing and destroying things.

  • Technician: The Technician approach combines the two listed above. The Technician is experienced in using, or creating, combat contraptions, as well as excelling in PVP. Ideally, most members will be in this category.

1. Absolute Loyalty:
  • If the BE is in any conflict, you MUST either choose the enemy, or the BE.
  • If you choose the enemy, you will not be allowed back in the BEAS.
  • If the BE has established cooperative relations with the enemy, any former BEAS members may choose to return to the BEAS.
  • Relations MUST BE cooperative (as in an alliance), not just peaceful.
  • If a conflict return from the enemy, after being an alliance, the reenlisted BEAS member may choose to remain in the BE. Otherwise, the Absolute Loyalty system repeats.

    2. Requirements
    There are only a few

    What we Want

  • Must be skilled in at least one area.
  • Skilled engineers are very, very valuable.
  • Good thinkers/ strategists are extremely valued, when necessary.
  • Skilled infantry units aren't important, and hold little value. If you are skilled in infantry, and will be active/available often, you will likely be valuable.
  • Good digital artists are handy for propoganda (includes memes). Will be paired with very smart people.
  • Long time members who have been active most of the time are more important than anything. So, if you want to join up, just hang around with the BEAS (even though you're not a member) and eventually you'll be accepted.

    Actual Requirements

  • Dont be a total LOSER
  • At least set a good impression when we meet you. Most of us are probably no better than you (only because everyone joined by hanging around), but still, try to impress us. Main peeps are Me (Box) and kc(Cashew). How to impress us will be listed belowww VVVV.
  • Dont be disrespectful. You can make rude jokes of any kind (we actually encourage this, dont want a totally cucked group). Just dont actually mean those jokes, and don't direct them to anyone.
  • The only type of jokes that aren't allowed are the ones that make people feel unsafe. Standards for this are high, so don't worry about being kicked out for saying "ur an ♥♥♥♥♥" or something like that. But avoid anything suggestive, and dont take anything too far.

    MORALS
    These are what we (or atleast I, Box) are known for.

  • We're generally right wing, but if you're a leftist and wanna join its cool. You can even debate with fellow members, but keep it....
  • Classy. Well, at least well-kept. If you know how to be formal when necessary, thats pretty cool.
  • Your enemy is merely a person you are in conflict with. You have no reason to hate them unless they have made a move in hatred against you.
  • Take care of yourself. Keep yourself neat, iron your dress clothes, and comb (or brush) your hair
  • Always ask "How" and "Why". These are the best questions to ask for learning. They can be asked rhetorically, or literally.



    How to impress each of us
  • Box (me): Respectful, smart, loyal. You should be well coordinated and easy to talk to.

  • KC/Cashew (just call her kc): I'm not exactly sure, but with me its mainly being known to be calm and collected in tough sitations. If you like snakes, heh, well...
