Be a respected and honest member and you will get promoted. Once you are a moderator, you must have the boobear clan tag in game AND be respective, helpful, and active to become an officer. If you are rude and unactive on steam you will be demoted. If you have a problem, tell an officer or the administrator, someone will try to be attentive as soon as possible.
