Can someone tell me what Code I need to put in?

The black & White resurrection site seems to be totally dead, and the application to actually install the game needs to connect to servers... that are all offline. Am I doing something wrong? or is there somewhere else to get it up and working?

One of my most memorable X-Mas presents as a kid was getting Black and White 2 and playing it all day with a big smile on my face the entire time. ^_^ We should start a petition to get EA to release Black and White 2 on Steam, AND make Black and White 3. Hopefully both B&W games will eventually be realeased digitally, but for the time being they're abandonware, so try looking on sites that host abandonware games.

Hello does anyone know where can I download this Digitally? I really wanted to play this again this is what saved me when I was diagnosed with Cancer this was my go to game I play hours non end and miraculously after just a few months in the hospital..

I'm having the same problem as @Guvenoren where my land 5 files are just missing.... I have windows 10 64bit system and before i downloaded the redux mod 1.7 my game ran fine. If anyone has a solution for these missing files it would be much appreciated.

I never saw this issue but did you try posting on Moddb? There is also some kind of remaster mod for the game that seems to fix certain bugs. I don't know if it will help, but you can post there too or try it as trial and error.

I run on a Windows 10 64-bit system. Not sure what else to add.
I have installed it on multiple locations, in D drive, C drive original path or on the desktop. No dice.
I tried installing in compatibility mode XP SP3 with administration privileges. No dice.

Anyone can help? I have noticed people have similar issues here, so I hope I might be there one who get's it to work.

Coming here with a question like this. But I don't know here else to look.
I recently created an account here for this question alone as I believe this is my only hope. I have posted this question elsewhere too, but I noticed this might be my only option. It seems that the community here is slow, and I can expect to wait weeks for answers. But I take my chances.

So, Black and White 2 is considered abandon-ware and can be downloaded on the net for free on {LINK REMOVED}myabandonware.com.
I have no CD reader on my rig and as such I need to get things digitally.

I got Black and White 2 and I ran into issues. First, during installation, Land 5 is skipped, so when loading into Land 5 transition it crashes utterly and I can not proceed. Second, Speech.lug error occurs during installation. No idea what it is or what happens if you don't have it.

I went ahead and created a discussion where I described how I got my copy working on my Windows 10 PC. I didn't come up with any of the fixes but hopefully having it all in one place will make it easier for anyone else hoping to get this game working in 2020.

I find a way to get the cutscenes to work just put the game on 60 fps cap by nvidia system control. Second step get the the mouse acceleration out so its fine working for me <3 and Thanks for the links with the patches you safed me a lot of time and bring back some old Childhood memorys^^ <3

I don't believe there's any "legal" or "safe" way to get this game online. I recommend buying a CD copy off private sellers on Ebay or Amazon. That being said if you find a way to get it online, you won't hurt the developer, it's a discontinued product.

So, i found an old thread on The BrightRock official forums...

They are an independent studio and made a really good spiritual successor to the game Dungeon Keeper named “War of the Overworld”, so if we go there, vote yes, and show them theres a strong interest in Black & White, we may get a spiritual successor to it as well..

I know it seems like a long shot, but the squeaky weal gets the grease, so its better to make noise and be heard, than to set silently and never even be noticed..

i got the DL from the client but creature isle is not working.

was looking through my old pc game collection and found B&W2 and its expansion while at it. Tried adding it to steam, origin and GOG but to no sucess. Sad to see that it will last as long as the CDs last.

The game seems abandonware as Electronic Arts holds all the copyright, but this group here is at least some consolation.

I just want to thank you for bringing Black and White to this steam group, it was so easy to install and I can't wait to play more until I finish it for the first time! I played this game when I was 7 and it brings me back to that time, thank you very much!

Is your account on the PC the only account? Try to check if there is nothing wrong with admin privileges.

So I've finished installing (this disc is like, 10+years old) but when I click the icon on my desktop, it comes up with a message saying that I have to login with administrator privileges?? What do I do? xD
