It's an exchange, not a wallet. If you want a safe wallet, that doesn't need many resources, download Electrum. Note down the seed phrase you'll get in a piece of paper and store it in a safe place (never digitally) and always take care of fthe things you download and phishing attempts etc

Okay, so it's an exchange and not a wallet. My second question would be; is it safe/legit? If I were to have some crypto coins in there for example, and wanted to withdraw those, but in order to withdraw I had to deposit something first. Is it legit in that sense? So I don't lose my money? I have no experience with that particular exchange, but the general rule is not to use them as wallets. Apart from that, if you have to make a deposit to then be able to withdraw something, it's 99% scam.

Best you can do is buy in a reputable exchange and then withdraw everything into a hardware wallet

Seems rather peculiar how I posted this over 2 weeks ago and got little to no response, and suddenly now within 2 hours of each other I've gotten 4 replies. They hit me again saying I needed to pay some taxes/fees before I could get my withdraw - 9% of the total amount to be exact. I understand why, but I don't see why the taxes/fees can't be deducted from the withdraw.
