Because finding a scrim is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hard

Invite anybody who takes source seriously, preferably not cgo but. Anybody can make announcements along the lines of "5-server-source-pm" and they will be seen by everybody else in the group. Hopefully turn this into one more resource (on top of gglive and irc) to make finding scrims easier.
