Hey everyone. I know this group isn't really active (evidenced by the fact that this is the first announcement in 8 years) but it's still pretty cool that we can see what other people in our area are playing and potentially make friends by finding common gaming interests.

I thought it would be a good idea to post this announcment asking that you invite your local friends that may not be aware of the Augusta group. If people are interested in LANs or other gaming events, this could be used as a place to organize that. Having as many local gamers in one group is never a bad idea.

Just moved here this year from Oregon. Pretty avid gamer, but I don't know many gamers in Augusta. Glad to be here!

Just moved to Augusta from West Palm, Florida and I saw the steam community posted on the Augusta subreddit. Looking to make some friends and play some video games!
