This group; was created solely because

of those teammates you got when you solo queued, who didnt speak your language, didnt have a microphone but is playing at a high rank (like seriously). baited you to death or suddenly left his position and got you killed; yeah you know them all too well. The guys who dont communicate, do not report; and even when they do all you will get is "inside b" when you wanted to know # and exact position if known.
