Everybody Should Have A Hat

This group is dedicated to equiping every player in TF2 with a non-achievement, tradable hat. As the founder of this group I have donated over ten refined metal worth of hats to F2P`s around the globe.
There are donators and recievers. Donators donate the hats and the recievers recieve them.
Inorder to qualify you may not have ANY tradable non-achievement hats in your inventory. For ex. its ok to have a ghostly gibus but not ok to have a team captain. To sign up for the free hat, if you do qualify, go to the "RECIEVE A HAT" discussion under the discussions and give the following info in this format:
I qualify for a free hat, and I want it.
Class: (put the class that you want it for if any put any)
We can`t keep on supplying hats and we need help. If you are a big trader and it won`t hurt you to much to lose a few refined metal why not put a big smile onto somebody`s face? We except refined metal, which we will trade for hats to give, and low tier craft hats [b1]PLEASE NO HIGH TIER HATS[/b1] to donate send a trade request with the hat/hats to https://steamcommunity.com/tradeoffer/new/?partner=151008209&token=PVH4Xw0T and please specify that the hat/hats is a donation for AHFEF(A Hat For Everyone Foundation). The hat shall then be stored until it will be donated to its new owner. Your name shall be put onto the "List of Amazing Donators".
