Initiative: the ability to assess and initiate things independently.

This group was founded by people that didn't exactly want to join a clan but wanted to be more involved in the community and felt they were missing out on some of the community activities that are out there such as tournaments. It is to get individuals together to participate in organized group activities.

There will be no "practices" but everyone is greatly encouraged to play together with one and other if online playing DOOM. If there are enough people online someone should take the "Initiative" and start a private lobby to scrimmage. 4pm-8pm Pacific Standard Time is generally the best time to catch the greatest ammount of people in the group due to time differences.

In the event of a tournament Discord, (server link found below) and a headset are a MUST! It is also incouraged to wear a headset while playing with each other during daily scrimmage to learn the team communication that is key in tournaments.

There must be respect for each other and other players.
