He was born in Dover on Nov. 16, 1969 to Robert C. and Terri L. Tostevin Miers.
He was a 1988 graduate of Delaware Valley High School and later a graduate of Raritan Valley Community College. Robert worked in food service at the Hunterdon Developmental Center in Union Township.
He was an avid Yankees fan, and liked music and going to concerts. He loved computing, Facebooking and the family dog, Tucker.
