MAKE ARENA GREAT AGAIN

We-Flex is a group centered around Reflex - A pretty new arena shooter that has a lot in common with Quake 3 and its CPM mod.

Due to the high-skill, fast-paced nature of this game (and its genre in general) I noticed a lot of new players trying to come in and see what the fuss was about, only to get matched up against 20-year veterans of Quake and get their brains splattered against pretty much every surface imaginable. It's generally a good learning experience to play against people who are much better than you, but not everyone is enough of a massochist to go -2 - 52 every game they play until they start to pick up how things work and can develop their skills to some degree.

The point of this group is to try to create a place where people who aren't gods among men can join, find players somewhat close to their skill, learn at a regular pace, and overall just have a good time.

Go ahead and message the other members, try to chat, find some games together, and have a good time
Don't be afraid to invite your friends and encourage them to get Reflex.

Just a heads up, be sure to join our Discord channel at http://discord.gg/3keSDX5 . In that channel, it's generally where we find games with eachother, share tips, discuss ♥♥♥♥, and have general banter and shenanigans.

It's basically the heart of our group and is where all the important ♥♥♥♥ takes place, so that's why I'm pushing it so hard.

If you simply don't want to use Discord on matters of principle, that is fine and I will still keep the Steam page updated with events and what-not.

Next FFA Friday is tomorrow, 3/24 and I'm trying to make it a weekly thing.
We also do voice chat in discord, so if you wanna communicate or ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, that is the place to be.

FRIDAY
We'll be having some group ffa and other-type matches. Just casual ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. If you're new or just not super great, this will be a good place to chill out and have a decent match.

I don't have the means or materials to host my own server right now, so I'm just gonna find a random server and go from there. I doubt anyone will care.

Don't be discouraged by skill or anything, most of us here aren't great, and it's not like people will be in full tryhard mode.
