A curious game has come from the Far East. It is known as "Chaturanga". Each side lines up, facing each other, with an army. There is a King, Minister, Elephant, Cavalryman, Chariot and footmen, which, I am told, all move in rather strange ways. The two armies clash on the wooden battlefield.

There is a certain joy in command and tactics, without the trouble of death.

A beautiful set has been sent by the court of Jaokor II of Honon, a distant kingdom beyond the travels of Alexander the Great.

Iceni tribe has sent out boats to escort representives to speak to world leaders, while the Tribe itself deals with surrounding, free towns and lands.Iceni marches on Moridunon

The Athenian army marched out to meet their rebellios counterpart on the Athenian grassland.

It was a gruesome hard-fought affair, with neither side giving way. Each side lined up in a phalanx and fought until the last of the Euboaens broke and fled.

The pitiful retreat of the survivors was left alone, for they are our fallen brothers. Our aim was not to kill them, but their cause.

A cavalry detachment was sent to hunt down the traiterous Pheadrus. He refused to be captured and instead fought to the death. His immortal fate is up to the judges of Hades.

The Athenian army was led by the general Menelaos. Sadly, he fell in battle. But rejoice, for he is now in elysium for his heroic sacrifice for his state.

Rejoice for the victory, but mourn for our fallen comrades. They died fighting justly.

A large contigent of men have revolted, gathering in the countryside. They follow their leader, Pheadrus of Euboae, and are bearing down on the city of Amarynthos.

A citizen army is being raised and sent to counter this threat and restore order and peace to Athenian lands.

Should any decide to lay down their arms, they shall be treated leniently, with discretion given to the assembly of Amarynthos for punishment.

Should they continue to resist, their blood will water the fields. Their women will moan in grief for they will be crushed and this traitor, Pheadrus, dealt with most severly. His flesh will feed the ravens and his soul shall wonder eternally.
