Warp too I guess

The Moustique (Mosquito in french)

- Deals no damage but "saps" resources
- Slowly removes metal and ammo from dispensers
- Slowly removes ammunition from sentries (bullets, rockets)
- Teleporters take 2.5 times as long to recharge
- Take 5 hits from any melee* to destroy
