Few imporvements, tool somehow had strange bug with weapon editing before, I have actually not changed anything in that regard, but it seems to work again now (for whatever reason ? )

This is the latest version
-few UI improvements (You don't have to scroll through the whole list to find a weapon or a unit[in the change Ammu and in the Add unit menu), you just can type its name)

- few more weapon editing options

Whats actually the status atm of wargame modding with the anticheat and such

I'd like the user to use the .mod (I'll rename them to .w3m) files instead of the bin files for version control.
Due to the reason that they are far more portable and you can rename them.
