Ownership Removal Tool

Added an ownership removal tool.

If you placed the foundation, you can remove items on top of it with a pickaxe.

Helpful if you mess up your build or someone griefs it.

Reporting Player Riddick, he uses p250, does two quick headshots in succesion doing headshot. This has now happened 23 times in a row, so 46 headshots in a row. This is so obvious hacking that its not even fun. Please, can an admin come on and ban him ASAP? Sadly I am not able to contact Quoetzl at this moment. If you need witnesses, well, then you have a lot of them :P And of course, you can see all his headshots in the log :P

Wipe warning is kamikaze, hopefully wont lose too many too it, but most people that see a message like that ends up switching servers usually.
