I've been told my streaming quality has improved, so no mass amounts of lag like before. I'll be playing for as long as I or my internet can hold out.

Just a general news post about stuff that is going on in the community! Please read and comment. :)

If you guys haven't noticed yet, the Steam community just got a lot of lovely changes. One of the newest and best features, in my opinion, is the DISCUSSIONS section availble on the group page. Now we can talk about favorite games, ask for advice, or just chat about whatever! I'm going to open a few discussions to get us going, and hopefully give us all the chance to know each other a little better.

As for Minecraft Mondays, they will return on September 17th! By then, we'll have a NEW SERVER that hopefully won't screw up every time we actually want to use it. However, I will be resetting the whitelist after the 17th. While we are a public group and always welcome new members, the servers still aren't free. We gladly accept donations, but don't require them. Because of this, only active members will be whitelisted for the Minecraft server. Active members will be considered those who attend at least two group events per month or those who participate in at least five discussions per month. I feel this is a fair requirement for letting people play on the Minecraft server without resorting to a donation system. However, all of you will be welcome to attend the Minecraft Monday event on the 17th to see if it's something that interests you!

On a sad note, the TF2 server will shut down at the end of the week. Without donations, I will not be able to keep it going at the moment. We've had some great events and fun times with TF2, but currently our group is not active enough to support it. Enjoy MVM while it's still available! Password is robots.

Something cool to keep an eye out for is group videos. We encourage everyone to submit their awesome videos, whether they're replays you took, something you were messing around with in SFM, or Let's Play recordings you happened to record. Chia, Dan, and myself have been recording some stuff in L4D2, so expect a video of that to pop up sometime soon. We really just want to show off the amazing things you guys do!

One last note: Should anyone ever have any questions or just want to talk, there is a group chat available on the group page for you to enter. Join in whenever! Chia and I try to sit in there whenever we're online and we'd welcome the company! :)

WE HAVE ROBOTS!

Our TF2 server has been upgraded for a short while to 32 slots so we can play Mann vs. Machine! Now only you guys will be allowed on it to play with friends or other group members. How exciting!

The password for the server is a six letter word that starts with ' r '. :D
