The Voice of the Community

We are a group of like-minded gamers, each unwilling to simply be shouted down by the powers that be. We are all individuals: Of different race, nation, and creed; of different gender and sexuality; of different upbringings, backgrounds, and walks of life. We are tired of being told that we are all the same, that we know nothing, and that our voices don't matter.


1) Objective and ethical gaming journalism.

2) To foster a spirit of inclusiveness within the gaming community as a whole.

3) To mend and repair the relationship between gaming journalists and their audience.

4) For the voices of the people to be heard and considered, not arbitrarily censored and silenced.


We are Vox Communitas, the Voice of the Community. We neither claim nor want to speak for you, only amplify what we all have to say. Us gamers have been told that we are scum, backwards, hateful, arrogant monsters who are racists, misogynists, neckbeards. We have been called liars, sockpuppets, and violent self-hating hypocrites.

Respectfully, we disagree. Together we stand and together we speak out against this unilateral denial of our value. We can speak to the diversity and passion of the gaming culture, our voices one chorus, louder than the harshest and most persistent critics.
