Hello guys,

I hope you all doing fine. Thank you again for being here from the begining as you are the core from which will hopefully establish a long lasting friendly band of nubs.


Hamzaeh and i have had a lot of thinking to do, about the ground rules on which we'll rely, the recruits we wanted to secure, the direction we wanted this to head to and some other stuff like the name of the team :). Here is what came up with

1)

First the recent additions:

I'd like to welcome Koning among us, i don't think he needs to be introduced really xD

I'd like to welcome also Subi and Only. Special thanks to both of them who helped us quite a lot in our reflexions, they made available their valuable experience as former leader themselves of long lasting teams.
They also provided css and discords servers so again on behalf of our clan a big thank you.

What to come in manners of recruit :

Xtrem has agreed to join the brawl, we also have aligatoah in our scope. As nothing is done yet with Alligatoah, we mainly are looking for one additional gk (could be him) and one additional (def) afterwhich we gonna be full for the signable players.

Needless is to say that Xtrem, alligatoah and any other potential recruit will go under the vote system, as it has been from the beginning. Which brings me to the rules now !

Rules

For any additional recruitement, we'll make public knowledge that we are opening applications untill a certain deadline. Once we hit the deadline, each profile will be brought up to the discord voting section and go under a vote.
For a player to pass the vote, 100% of yes is needed. This way we make sure that every team member agreed and signed. Debate as to why we should or should not take a person is open so feel free to speak your mind because it'll stay private.

Which brings me to my next major point: A very important thing that we'd like everyone to understand, nothing is allowed to be leaked out regarding the votes, not even the slightest info.
If anything regarding the votes is leaked out to either the person concerned by the vote itself or anyone who's not part of our clan, then the person responsible for that will be kicked out without second thoughts.
I trust you all guys to understand our position on that, we need to be firm on this in order to avoid worthless drama. I am convinced that each and everyone of you will agree on that since you've been around for quite some time now.
The choices available for votes are "yes,no and blank". Usually one votes blank because one does not know the player enough to decide. A majority of blank votes may occur.
At which point the leaders will freeze the vote, loan the player, preferably with the people who voted blank so that we can make up our mind. Once we judge that we have enough feedback, we'll reopen the vote for a final round.
Votes will be held on a the discord server that Only provided, he already organised in a very clear fashion.



We are well aware that we are mostly a bunch of oldies which have IRL jobs, children and grand children :d. What i mean by that poor joke is that, activity wise, many of us may go away for short periods while others may comeback active and so on and so forth.
To adress that reality we'll have a VIP section, a section meant for players who go inactive.
The idea is that all of you'll always belong here, while you are VIP you can participate to friendlies all you want and always be a big part of of the clan's decision such as votes.
If you want to become a league player again, as long as a spot into the signed squad is available you'll be more than welcomed.

A behaviour neither Hamzaeh nor i will tolerate is a loss of sodlidarity during matches. We understand that problem can arise, we understand that you guys may get upset about low performances or behaviours of others.
What you need to do is wait untill the match ends. During the match we are and will always be one standing wall, with each one supporting the mate at his side.
As for the dramas. We trust you are responsible people and therefore can measure the gravity of the situation. You need to ask yourself if this will be a matter that will hurt the clan or not.
We lead the clan but we also want to be able to count on you poeple. If a small talk between two parties is all that is needed to cool things down then please proceed and hopefully it well get solved.
Now if small talks don't suffice, you come to leaders. We'll try our very best to fix things and if it takes proportions that cannot be held, we'll either come to decision by ourselves or we'll expose the issue to the clan and collect everyone's opinion.
Gathering everyone's thoughts will help us decide what to do but ultimatly, when dealing with serious inner problems, the final word is ours.

Communication is key to maintain a strong dynamic, that's why for now on we decided to make it pass all throught Only's discord. It does not have to be always by vocal means as i doubt the whole squad will always be present at the same time.
