Being here you must wonder what the hell VoS is? Well, let me tell you...

Vikings on Shrooms is a bunch of crazy cyperspace vikings, ravaging through the internets in the glorious quest for loot and booty! Call it a guild, call it a clan, call it what you want - we are the answer to a self-born question; a metagaming community playing whatever we want, when we want.

At VoS we meet up with gamers from all corners of the internets, and together we pillage, burn and laugh throughout multiple universes. LoL, DayZ, CS, BF, Diablo, WoW, GW, Quake- there is no limit when it comes to a gang of Vikings on Shrooms. Not even the sky is out of reach. I'm serious, were else have you ever seen a Viking with a gillie suit and a machine gun in a helicopter?

When we don't play games, we hang on the forums or talk ♥♥♥♥ on mumble, about everything from philosophy to how to best bake a pizza. (A true Viking loves pizza! Especially if there are mushrooms on it!)

We invite everyone to pledge alliance to our saints: Robbaz The king of Sweden and Techno Viking, among all the other Vikings gods, and join us in glory! However, we only allow English and Swedish on these forums! Why you say? Because cyperspace-vikings tend to revert back to their native language when they panic!

But... how did VoS came to be?

VoS' birth was a violent and mythic tale worthy of legends! It was spawned out of a common thought and found form trough the will of a few heroes… These heroes are said to originate from a mystic guild, far beyond, in a land called “Tyria”. It is whispered that this mystig guild was called Three Crowns…

At least that’s what the stories say - the truth is that a bunch of nerds simply got bored of playing Guild Wars 2. They started VoS in order to utilize what they learned in TC, with the goal of building one of the best gaming communities on the web.

Simply: they wanted to eat the cake and still have it.

But why "Vikings on shrooms"?

Don’t you know that the berserkers of the old world used to consume Amanita muscaria before they went in to battle?! We honour their memory by naming ourselves after their actions - also “VoS” simply sound cool as hell.
So is everyone welcome?
