Creating the Rules that dicate honoring others in Video games.

One day I forfeited a Warhammer 40k match with my friend. He said I did a great dishonor by doing so and I just put it off saying it wasn't a big deal. But now I see the great mistake I made and have decided to create a group to spread the word to be honorable.
