ENGL 255

This is a private Steam Group for students enrolled in ENGL 255. The group should serve as a place to talk, play games, and maybe even get some work done.

There is one very important rule.

Act as if you were in the classroom. This isn't an anonymous group -> Respect your peers. Don't say anything you wouldn't say to them in person. If you are a ♥♥♥♥ in person, just shut your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mouth.

I think that this main rule that cover most issues. Please talk to me if you would like to see changes.

Some Guidelines

- Please don’t make this group about steam trading, do that somewhere else please. The last thing we want to do is bring money into the dynamic.
- Please don't lean on your classmates. If you are having trouble with a game you should make every effort to get through it on your own. Nobody is responsible for the quality of your work/analysis but you.
- Try and be inclusive, if someone wants to play a game with you please consider it. On the other hand, nobody will be forced to play with anyone. Please understand that people are busy, or just want to play alone. Be patient.
- Do not add friends to this group. You probably have great friends. I don't care.

That might seem like a lot, but I think they will help keep this a simple fun/productive group.

If you can only handle one rule; just respect everyone.

If rules are broken or issues come about the most likely scenario is that people will be talked to. If anything further than that is needed, the group will just be shut down. I'm too busy for this ♥♥♥♥.

If someone wants to make a Discord, go for it. I will not be setting that up.
