The Latin America Peace treaty

Columbia and the USCA have come to a peace agreement on the recent war over the land of Panama. Columbia has ceded all control to a new rebel Government in Panama who held a vote to decide there future and with a 80% majority with in Panama the Young Republic of Panama joined the USCA and became the Fedral Province of Panama today. Columbia has agreed that they shall not hold this againt the USCA in future deals and that this is the end of the conflicts between the two nations.
