=V3= Victor 3 Rust Player Group

What do you get for being part of Victor 3?
1. Our Protection
2. You will be attached to our reputation of being a good, honest clan - other players will know they can trust what you say and do as a V3 member.
3. You will be provided with a private room to store your private items, to sleep, etc...
4. You will be given access to a common crafting area where you may share items, trade with other members and craft your goodies.
5. You will be given a voice. We are not a hierarchy. If you have ideas, tell us, we are open minded. (this is typically only the case for involved, contributing members)
6. You may build your own building nearby (within 200m-500m) V3's HQ, just let us know that you did. But, please do not make any additions or modifications to the V3 HQ (or other members buildings) or build in the immediate area of the V3 HQ.

Requirements to join V3's Rust team:
1. You must be 17+ years old
2. You must have a microphone and join us on TeamSpeak 3 when you are playing.
3. You must follow our lead regarding our gaming style:
a. Sunday is our Kill On Sight (KOS) day (except a few exceptions). All other days, we try to remain friendly, except to our established enemies.
b. We are always honest with each other and with the Admin
c. We always lie to and deceive our enemies
d. We try to help each other, new players and report anything that is
against server rules or hackers

4. You should have a willingness to contribute and play as a team.
5. It is not required, but bearing a =V3= symbol on your in-game name will show us that you are committed to being a contributing member.

WARNINGS:
1. People/members who betray us will be kicked from the group, then hunted repeatedly and oppressed through our words and members gunfire.
2. Liars will be kicked from our group and exposed as a liar in game chat.
3. Anyone who steals from fellow members will be kicked from group and exposed as a traitor in game chat.
4. Hackers will be kicked from our group, reported to server admin and reported to Steam by all other members in V3, and probably by others on the server. Hackers will also be ousted on the server and we will ensure other players that we have removed them from our group and reported them.
5. Members who misrepresent V3 or other players in the game to anyone in the game, to admin or to other V3 members will be kicked from our group.
6. Players who state they are a member of V3 when they are not will never be allowed to join our group.
7. Members who share our building/door codes with non-members will be kicked from our group.
8. Players who pretend to be someone else or attempt to impersonate another player will be kicked from our group and reported to Server Admin as a possible exploiter/hacker and liar.
9. Players who have had a VAC ban on their Steam Account within the last 12 months will not be allowed to join V3.

!!Victor 3 Headquarters Construction Update!!

I want to thank everyone for the hard work and contributions put into the Victor 3 Headquarters. I was genuinely suprised at the amount of support and donations to our building that were put in by everyone. It made me feel good that we are willing to work together as a group and share our efforts with one another. Farming can be monotonous and blah at times. So, it was great to see!

The end result: Even though it is constructed of wood, our HQ is one of the most RAID-proof buildings in our server right now, and I am sure we can (mostly) rest assured that any of us keeping our valuables inside will be safe. Though there is no 100% raid-proof building, we have done a great job on ours.

I have begun construction on the metal base. We want to make a replica of the layout we have for the wood base. We have a good start. A lot of the metal contributed to the effort went into the dozens of doors in our current HQ. Any help with the metal structure is appreciated, but not required or necessary at this point unless people want to help hurry it along. I will be farming a lot and building it as steadily as I can over the next couple weeks.

Just as a reminder: Please remember to close your private room door and all doors as you come & go so that we don't have any issues or confusions. I trust most everyone in our group will not take from others' rooms on purpose. But, I will not have much pity for anyone that leaves their private items open for the taking. On a side note to this, I will be looking at isolating each floor to only allow access to the members of that floor. This will aid in reducing any issues.

Victor 3 HQ Construction

I've noticed that since the Wipe, people have started erecting their own buildings across the map.

As the game continues, people and groups will become better, stronger, faster, both enemies, neutrals and allies.

I have no problem if people want to do that. However know that we have less collective strength if we do not pull our resources to build a single impenetrable monolith. Another bad thing about this is that with people spread around the map, we can not come to one another's aid very effectively, as it takes a long time to run across the map with the a possibility of exchanging live fire with other enemies along the way.

I've also noticed very little in way of donating or helping construct the new HQ. I am not one to force anyone to do anything. However, at this point, I forsee people being raided and then wanting to return to the security of the HQ we are creating.

At this point, I am going to require a deposit of material toward the erection of the HQ for anyone wanting to have a room in the new HQ as follows:

Level 1 security: 2000 Metal Frags OR 3000 Raw Wood
Level 2 security: 4000 Metal Frags OR 5000 Raw Wood
Level 3 & up: 5500 Metal Frags OR 6500 Raw Wood (This is not yet available)

These resources will go into building/raid-proofing the HQ and crafting weapons and ammo to be used in its defense.

Please keep in mind that I know this might sound harsh. But, I am not doing this for me or for any one person in the group. This is to give our group strength and comraderie knowing each of us has contributed to something.
