Run Away! Again....

Hey guys, thanks for joining this group!
(if you notice any spelling mistakes I am sorry, not the greatest at it).
-Also note that this post is just something I'm thinking up now and is purely my opinion of the occuring moment. (In other words what I say here could change later due to feedback or reformation of ideas)

Lets try and take this seriously and over the course of this month decied on what we want to do as a group.

First off lets try to get all the officers from the 82nd that are interested in here. DO NOT invite any PFC, SPC, SGT etc.... only "commisioned officers" only, that feel that they want to leave the 82nd and have no wish to work with the 'shoeman' anymore. we will decied on their invatations later

sidenote: the 'lower ranking' people in here can stay but do not invite anyone else

Second we will not go by rank when we join this group, we are all starting from freash and we are on equal grounds

Third I think it would be prudent to right up a 'constitution' decieding on admin rights to the unit and server management (in the future)

and forthly we will be a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ARMA 2 Combined Operations unit. We can have "recration" games and have whatever orginzed companies play in other games but WE WILL NOT have a ALSO A COD or ALSO A BF3 company within the group, it is frankly just unmanageable and divieds the unit into factions. It is enough that we have seperate companies withinn the unit but a divied in dedication to a game will split the unit and cause major grief, (like what is happening right now in the 82nd)

we will have 3 companies
1 ALPHA: Flightwing/Rotery
2 BRAVO: Armor
3 CHARLIE: infantry


For now I will be the only group admin untill we decied what we are going to do.

and again I'm open to feedback and want to hear what you want to do or your opinions
hopefully we can make everyone happy
