The massive quantities of bugs need to be addressed- developers have to figure out how to make this game work properly and how to add new content that doesn't add ten times more bugs than there was before an update. New features that are hit and miss are great- gotta experiment as nobody gets everything right the first time but the sloppy way new content is added is not how a company should operate. Can you imagine running a business that has so many deep rooted problems? Any other industry and they'd have gone bankrupt long ago.
It's not easy make such a great game... we know and we have been patient, regardless of snarky comments on this forum. It's extremely complex- a rough KW quote from the early days of the game, a quote that nailed it for me: "We want a game that is easy and fun for beginners to learn but hard to master". Something like that. What a great concept! When the game was moving in that direction it was so much fun- all they had to do was improve graphics, physics and add content. And now here we are- with a game that's nearly impossible for beginners and boring for other players.
