Isle of Tranquility

1. No KoSing. Meaning if you spot someone don't be like "Rawr Dinosaur, I R Gonna Eat You!"
(A.) If Aggressed via attacked, you're permitted to defend yourself by any means.
(B.) Number 3 roar does account for a hostile action.
(B-1.) Corpse Guarding is allowed if you obtain the kill and/or nesting. Water Guarding is not permitted. Territorial guarding is also allowed in the instance of protecting Hatchlings/food. If a player hostile roars another upon entering the terrirtory they're guarding and the opposing player doesn't back away, than the guarding player make take it as a act of aggression and act on it accordingly.
(C.) If Admin is unavailable and the Galli Ai is glitched, you’re permitted to feed upon the herbivores for they progress much quicker than a carnivore. But excessive killing of Herbivores other than feeding will be considered a result of KoS.
(D.) No Apex's will be permitted Killing Tier 2 or Below of Dinos, regardless of it being Carnivore or Herbivore. This gives players a chance to advance without the fear of being slaughtered.
2. No targeting a specific player.
(A.) Don't go after a specific person because you do not agree, do not like or just think they smell funny.
(B.) If you kill the same person multiple times (More than twice) than it may be considered an act of targeting and could be punishable.
(C.) The Above Rule (B.) Does not imply if less than 5 people occupy the server.
3. Herbivores are asked to not be douches. (Shants)
(A.) Just because you're a shant or a broken Op dinosaur doesn't give you the right to spam stomp and kill everything.
(B.) A Herbivore has the right to defend its self if aggressed, same for Carnivores. Thus it falls under the (1.A.) Rule as stated above
4. Do Not Annoy the Admins/Owners.
(A.) Do not ask to be admin
(B.) There is no favorites here, do not expect special treatment if you're a friend of an admin/owner
5. Don't whine because you die.
(A.) Killed in game or lost.
(B.) Because you screwed up.
(C.) Killed for food or by a KoS'r whom happened to join the server.

6. Reporting.
(A.) Report any issues with Discord to Discord Admins
(B.) Any game/server issues report to the Server Admins, not Discord.
(C.) If you feel someone is hacking/exploiting provide a screenshot with their name to a Server Admin and it will be investigated
7. No excessive foul language / Cursing
(A.) Cursing is fine, but cursing like a sailor isn’t. There are children here, show some decency.
(B.) No foul language or cursing should be directed towards any member of the Discord/Server. Thus don't get annoyed and call someone every name in the book.
8. Discord Admins and Server Admins have the right to Kick/Temp Ban and Perm Ban
(A.) If an admin on Discord/Server feel it’s in the best interest for a person to be kicked or banned, they have the rights to do so.
(B.) Kicking or banning out of spite or for fun isn't permitted.
(B-1.) Server admins receive no special treatment, they too must obey by the rules and set an example.
(B-2.) Server admins are NOT to message players in game Via Steam or Discord declaring themselves as admins and warning the players not to kill them.
(C.) If you feel your situation was mishandled or the punishment doesn't fit the crime, you’re permitted to dispute the claim against you and your ban maybe lifted if majority votes.
9. Have Fun.

You will receive a warning if caught violating the rules.
(A.)If you were warned and you continued to repeat the same offense you will receive a 24 hour ban minimum /72 hour ban Maximum.
(B.) After your ban expires and you repeatedly violate the same rule it may result in a Perm Ban.
