I know this is super duper late, but I figured a list of guidelines may be useful to newer TG members and maybe even our older ones who aren't as in-the-know. Keep in mind these are just guidelines and while you don't necessarily have to follow them, it will probably help in the long run to be aware of these.

--One of the most important things of TG - be active! I'd like to see the members of TG participating in games or other things (namely Skype) at least semi-regularly. What is semi-regularly? I'd say at least a few times a week, if only just once. If you have a lot of other commitments and can't make much time for TG, that's fine, but when you do get a free moment, please drop by.
--We're all generally pretty cool guys, so don't be afraid to hit us up with any questions or concerns you may have.
--Have Skype? Let us know your name and we can get you into calls that we have on a relatively regular basis. We like to stream games, play games together, and just hang out.
--Goldeneye: Source and Killing Floor are two of our most-played games, but we are open to suggestions. If you have any that you think might work for TG, try running it by a few members and we'll see how it pans out.
--TG is definitely about taking the initiative. What I mean by that is just not sitting around waiting to be asked to play something, but just jumping in there and playing. We sometimes ask each other to play, but I'd like to see members of the group just jumping in and playing when the time is right. If you're not sure if it's appropriate, at least ask someone who is already playing if it's okay.
--For games that feature voice chat, having a mic is recommended but not required. Don't be afraid to speak up!
--Try and check the group page every so often, as I post announcements sometimes, and comments also get posted here and there. On this subject, PLEASE make sure you have read the announcement titled "The Roger Drama." It's important.
--Don't try and start ♥♥♥♥, within the group or with other groups or otherwise. Drama will not be tolerated, and starting it is grounds for removal from TG. We also don't need other groups and clans hating us because of something one dude started.
--If you're going to be gone for an extended period of time, make sure someone in the group knows. It's good for us to know where someone is when we realize they've been gone for a while, which may prevent being booted from the group for inactivity.
--If you are ever booted from the group for what you feel is an unjust reason, please talk to me about it. I will be happy to explain any of my actions as the leader of TG.
--Don't do anything that makes me have to write more guidelines. Pretty self-explanatory.
--Just have fun. TG is all about having a good time playing with bros, and I want that to last.

Hopefully these guidelines will help in clearing up some less-stated things about TG, and keep our tight-knit little group together.
