Welcome to Commander Thrawn's Raffle Em' Up!

An idea came to my mind one day. I had things to sell but no one was buying them for metal on trading servers. The word "raffle" came to my mind and thus this group was born.

I occasionally have hats, stranges, or other things to get rid of. I figured the best way to rid of them was through a friendly raffle!

Most of the hats that I raffle off will have only a 1 craftable weapon entry fee (unless stated otherwise). Depending on the volume of entries, I may raffle off refined metal and keys as well.

All raffles have a 1 weapon entry.
You can pay up to any number of weapons in order to have a higher chance of winning.
Each weapon you trade will give you an additional number.
So if you trade in 1 weapon to enter, you only get one number.
If you trade 7 weapons, you get 7 numbers.
The more numbers you have, the more likely one of your numbers will remain uncalled so you'll win the raffle!

- To enter the raffle, send the Owner ([CC-7567] Commander Thrawn]) a friend request and send a trade request to buy your entry ticket. I can’t have a full friends list all the time, it’s nothing personal if I remove you. Just send another friend request if you want to buy more entry tickets.

- When you buy an entry, you will be given a number and your STEAM ID will be attached to that number. I will then use the following sites below to randomize the entered numbers and whoever’s number wins, will be messaged via Steam to receive their winnings.

- I will be using the random sequence generator from http://www.random.org/sequences/ , I will generate a list of numbers in a random order. The top ten numbers that appear on the generated list are the top 10. The top 10 will be placed into elimination of who will remain uncalled.

- Then, using the randomize list button in http://textmechanic.com/Generate-List-of-Numbers.html , I will place in the top 10 remaining numbers and click the randomize list button ten times. The number that appears on the top of the list after randomizing the list is out. I will do this 9 times. If your number is in the top 10 and is not called after the 9 numbers are called, you win.

Also remember! A scrap counts as 2 weapons!

You can donate hats, metal, or keys to me for raffling! You get 5 (or more depending on hat value) free entries for the next raffle coming up!

I do not raffle dirty hats.

A: That’s not a question. I honor my word and go by the websites above to randomly choose a person to win. It’s not my fault if you didn’t win.

Q: How long does it take to announce the winner?
A: Depending on how much time I give for people to have a chance to get their entries in, the process shouldn’t take longer than 10-20 minutes.
