Rest in peace to Polk County police officer Kristen Hearne

Polk Count detective Kristen Hearne was shot and killed on friday whilst responding to a domestice along with another officer. Apon ariving on scene of the residence her and another officer were shot. Detective Kristen Hearne was killed,She was not wearing her bullet resistant vest. The other officer was shot in this bullet resistant vest and only suffered brusing. We pray for Detective Hearne and her family and wish the other officer a speedy recovery! The suspect was later arrested and charged.

An off-duty Los Angeles police officer killed in a motorcycle crash in Porter Ranch has been identified as a 34-year-old member of the department.

Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner officials confirmed early Friday the LAPD officer was John Gasparyan. May he rest in peace
