We mod Oblivion

Ok folks, so, what would you lot say would be the absolute must-have mods if all you want is prettier graphics and fewer bugs?

have just repurchased oblivion with the intent of modding the bejeezus out of it <something I was unable to do with the xbox!> LONG LIVE PC GAMING! Huzzah~!

I have modded FO3 and FONV and Skyrim to nearly unrecognizable goodness, and I'm keen to learn how to actually create my own mods, and I figure oblivion is a good platform for this, being tried and tested and awesome. Any help or suggestions re software to use etc most welcome.

Does anyone else use the Cyridil Snow mod? Its pretty cool.

Flight Spells, mostly. I tried to make a better version ov the morrowind flight spell. I also worked with a team for a short time on a dark brotherhood expansion.

Heh heh, I made tanks and aircraft in the game that takes the "middle ages" thing out of style...
