Gondor was founded by brothers Isildur and Anárion, exiles from the downfallen island kingdom of Númenor, and together with Arnor in the north served as last strongholds of the Men of the West. Gondor gradually declined in course of the Third Age, being continually weakened by the allies of the Dark Lord Sauron, and was only restored in dominance after his final defeat and the crowning of Aragorn. The territory of future Gondor had been widely colonized by the Númenóreans from around mid-Second Age, especially by the Elf-friends loyal to the house of Elendil. Our military numbers 8,000 Men and 50 great ships-of-war.

Construction!

Due to the approaching trouble I have decided to construct two new cities, Minas Caranernil (The Tower of the Red Prince) and Minas Rochir (The Tower of the Horse-lords). Minas Caranernil will be situated where the River Sirith divides into two branches and Minas Rochir will be built in northern Anórien so as to be close our allies, Rohan. Construction will be completed in 48 days.
