Pallas Clan/Gang

The Pallas clan of are a small clan living somewhere in the snowy peaks and wooded areas of the wasteland. Primarily living off of fish and berries for food and water, they rarely come down from the mountains. It is noted that members of this clan can begin to hallucinate due to the berries they consume, causing them to experience heightened hearing abilities with the adverse effects of being far more sensitive to loud noises.
