so apparently it's a user called james doing it, he's also being an ass about it in chat so he's fully aware he's causing the lag

seems to be ridiculous amounts of lag and crashes, others think it's due to an oversized structure which is supposedly up in the snow

Although I havent played rust much since legacy, The Announcements you post really want me to jump back in. its good to see a server with such a dedicated admin. ill certainly jump on when the devs have the game fixed up

Chimp if that happens just keep trying.. also try press F1 and typing kill. this can happen if your in a place with lots of buildings and/or trees

I had the server up and running for a good few hours but it was getting hit to hard by the attackers. fow now im turning off the server till i can fix the problem. stay tuned.

Hey mate, pretty much all servers are under attack right now by some Russian hacker group. they have pushed out a update and im looking into that now.

We were getting DDOS'd? That is some immature ♥♥♥♥ right there, and I doubt it has anything to do with you or the server dave, probably someone that had a bad taste in thier mouth from some other players. There are a lot of newbies around and as much as some of us try to help them, there are others that really lay it on thick.

Sorry everyone there was a wipe today, it wasnt planned and im not sure why it happend.
I keep backups of the files but they wouldnt load ether. please know i do everything in my power to make your time on the server the best it can be during Rusts development.

Ill look into it once i get back from work.. check that you are running the standard branch of rust by right click Rust and going "properties" from there click on "Betas" and make sure "none" is selected.
