From now "Contributor of the Month" is not some meaningless title. Member who contributed more than anyone else (but not less than $40) gets a free month in the group (no penalty and no kick).

Just thought there should be a way to redeem your penalty. Well, it's group wishlist giveaway, make one and your penalty (if you have any) will be reduced by 1. Hope it's fair enough.

Also have a question for you: how do you think exploited* games should be treated?
*by "exploited" I mean any game that gets 90% OFF on Steam store including discouts from coupons.

IMO they should be treated as bundle GAs, but with a chance to get a bonus for game price: max(0.25, <full U.S. game price>/100) points (though a bonus is very unlikely).
