Ok so let's make this 100% clear, there is potential in this team but situations and wrongdoings are handled completely wrong and often cause arguments and team breakups. That is why I have created a new skype group that we can discuss SOLELY problems in. If you have something you want to discuss in game, but because of the nature of the game, someone is very tilted or angry etc. you will not say anything but instead put something in the Team Talk group that I have created, there is no specific format to it, but if you know there will be a negative reaction from constructive criticism or something you need to tell them approach it from a different angle and instead of frustrating them and someone unneccessarily goes off or leaves the team or whatever you can simply put it in the Team Talk chat and we will discuss the problem (if it is common or consistent it will be more thoroughly discussed). If we are still struggling with a problem or controversy we will maturely talk about in TeamSpeak without flame or unneccessary bickering. We can sort that out if it comes to it.
