If you want to be able to switch off the binds:

1) Paste

http://pastebin.ca/3277139 (name it "fishgifon.cfg")
and
http://pastebin.ca/3277138 (name it "fishgifoff.cfg")
into two separate new .cfg files

2) Place into your cfg folder

3) Add the following into your autoexec.cfg

alias fishgifon "exec fishgifon.cfg"
alias fishgifoff "exec fishgifoff.cfg"

4) Write "fishgifon" to enable and "fishgifoff" to disable in your console
