So one thing about raffles is that some people buy in and then they just forget about claiming their prize.

Frankly me and the rest of the staff are slightly sick of tracking down the winner and/or waiting for him to get online so I am making this little announcement restating our previous rules and highlighting new ones.

PLEASE COMMENT WHEN YOU SEE A RULEBREAKER SO WE CAN TAKE CARE OF THE SITUATION

RULES FOR ALL
1. Don't troll, no one likes a troll

2. When sending a trade offer for a raffle,
YOU SHALL NOT PA.... add the item that is being raffled


3. Only add a staff member and send a direct trade if you have a good reason
to (such as a unique offer different from what is asked in a raffle or if trade offers are having errors)

4. IMORTANT******** If you change your name while a raffle that you are in is going on, another number will be picked and a new person will get the prize. IF YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO CHANGE YOUR NAME PLEASE POST IT IN A COMMENT ON THE FRONT PAGE OR NOTIFY A STAFF WHOSE RAFFLE YOU ARE IN.*****************IMPORTANT

5. WHEN A RAFFLE IS OVER, A WINNER WILL BE DECIDED IN A SEPARATE ANNOUNCEMENT SUCH AS THIS ONE

6. IMPORTANT********** AFTER A WINNER HAS BEEN PICKED, THE STAFF MEMBERS WILL ADD THE WINNER AND (if possible) SEND THEM A TRADE OFFER, BUT AFTER THAT IT IS THE WINNER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO COME GET HIS/HER PRIZE AFTER THAT. THE WINNER WILL HAVE A WEEK TO DO SO BEFORE HE/SHE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CLAIM IT AND THE PRIZE WILL BE STORED FOR FUTURE USE.

RULES FOR STAFF MEMBERS:

YOU MUST FOLLOW ALL THE ABOVE RULES AND THESE ONES:

1. IF A MISTAKE IS MADE IN PICKING A WINNER WHERE THE WRONG PERSON IS GIVEN THE PRIZE AFTER A WINNER HAS BEEN DECIDED, THEN THE STAFF WHO MAKES THE MISTAKE MUST REFUND THAT PERSON'S SLOTS AND GIVE HIM/HER AT LEAST HALF THE VALUE OF THE ITEM THAT HE/SHE SHOULD HAVE WON.

2.WHEN BUMPING UP A RAFFLE PLEASE MAKE SURE TO DELETE ALL PREVOUS UNNECESSARY VERSIONS OF THE RAFFLE THAT HAVE BEEN POSTED BEFORE. DO NOT DO THIS FOR OTHER STAFF MEMBERS, THEY MUST DO IT FOR THEMSELVES.

3. PLEASE STATE AND SHOW HOW MANY SLOTS ARE IN YOUR RAFFLE OR (for timed raffles) STATE THE DATE AND TIME OF WHEN THE RAFFLE WILL BE OVER.

4. PLEASE DO NOT SPAM RAFFLES!!!

5. RESPECT ALL MEMBERS OF THE GROUP AS IF THEY ARE STAFF!
