Here’s my Salad recipe:
Grated Carrots, Avocado, Lambs Lettuce, Parsley, Mint, Dried Cranberries, Pumpkin Seeds, Pomegranate, Toasted Flaked Almonds, Quinoa.
Next you would add Lemon, Lime, or Orange, for the Citrus.
After you would add virgin olive oil, as well as salt and pepper.
(You can replace the Pumpkin Seeds with Sunflower Seeds. You can also replace the Quinoa with Rice.)
