Greetings comrades, it is Great Comrade Bear. When I first founded this group, many of you knew me as Halo, the General of the Force. Now I have moved away from that since, and formed many groups on the way. Now I invite you to take part in the newest group, the United Soviet Empire. After the fall of the Soviet Imperial Federation, capitalist ideals quickly found their way into the mighty United Soviet Federation, but it retained it socialist ideals. Now, with the fall of the Federation, a new era has dawned on us. The Era of the Empire.
