The People's Republic of Kyrgzstan, it's government, and it's people hereby declare this binding document, their constitution/Bill of Rights.

Article 2
Upon Ratification, The People's Republic will establish a court system, a free parliameant, and the executive parliameantary branch of the government.
Parliameant: Duty to vote for laws, declare war/peace, trade agreements, manage economy, form/break alliances, and amend the constitution.
Courts: Judicial review, dismiss officers of the republic.
Executive: Prime Minister/Kommisar will lead with equal say in parliament, may call emergency meetings, May propose laws, Commander-in-Chief along with the rest of parliament, can propose tax hikes or decreases (must be voted on).
