We are aware of all of your support tickets and unsent contest prizes. It will be sent to you as soon as Steam trading stabilizes.

For now, we advise you not to use the site, until Steam is back to normal. The bots most likely won't send you the deposit offer; even if they do, you won't be able to accept it or you won't be sent the winnings.

It's been like this for couple of days now and with the recent TF2 update, things got even worse. We're keeping an eye on the trading situation and will update you as soon as we know more.
