Idea:

X amount of people gather 1 day a week to scrim versus each other.
X is obviously minimum of 10. Maximum amount of players is an issue.
Players: ambition, dedication, growth & perspective over current skill.
Skill range: LE(M) - Global+, will change over time.

Day will be decided per month by popular vote.

Players on the teams are not set, will differ week to week based on performance.
Perhaps performance/leaderboard registration based on played/wins/kd or hltv rating.
Winner gets a lil reward.

Goals:
1. Improvement in a premade team situation (strategical & tactical).
2. Preparation for league/competitive play.
3. Improvement through feedback.

Obstacles:
1. Too many players, players have to sit out.
2. Lack of stable, 128tick server.
3. Lack of dedicated players.
