Ok, thanks for reporting him. If you catch him doing it again please screenshot it (if its a chat message) or download a program like bandicam which is basically fraps but lets u record for longer for free and show it to us and he will get a lengthy ban.

All of you have steam chats / chat logs in game... with evidence in them.. and none of you thought to maybe take a screenshot so that you would have PROOF instead of text which you could have just written? I mean the photo could be photoshopped but thats highly unlikely, wheras someone can easily type away bullshit and claim its true. I wont be doing anything since nobody here has any evidence against anybody. I'll take staff's side since as I've stated before I trust them, and if they went around abusing and lying about it they would have been demoted as kiwi was. He's got a point that you have been getting in trouble with almost every staff bravardo, and apart from not lifting bans I've gone easy on you seeing as when im on you act like you would make good staff. It seems that when im not on you abuse everyone however. And if those last 3 paragraphs are true then you deserve a longer ban, dont you?
Also on that part about ddosing, if that is true, you are telling everyone you are going to commit a crime. You realise that in Australia, the penalty for ddos'ing is a maximum of 10 years imprisonment in butt rape jail? (Found under the Cybercrime Act 2001, section 477.3, unless that law has been updated, but i dont think it has, and if it has it would still be quite a while). Just something to think about.

Yea but its obvious that you'd get in trouble for death threats. Most people who go around saying "im gonna ddos you!" dont realise its 10 years in prison for it, so you'd get in pretty deep shit if you even said that to a cop.
