What is this non-sense!?

Hi guys, this group was created for people who want to feel good while gaming, it is about keeping your balance, to me this means eating decent food and keeping track of calories and staying away from sugar, or working out while gaming. To you it could be a list of things whatever strikes your balance and keeps you sane or well being, Smart Gaming is also about who you as a person want to be in the future I will help you, I specifically created this group in order to remind myself daily to stretch,workout and read you can chose any of the reminders they will go off several times of the day it doesn't matter which one you do it only matters that you stay smart and learn the art of discipline. A lot of times we forget to do things, we mark them as unnecessary and we tell ourselves everything will be fine. We have this tendency as human beings to replace good habits with bad habits, such as forgetting to brush our teeth, not going to bed at proper times, not showering, not changing our clothes, etc, etc. My goal with this group is to make you feel good about yourself and in your mind perceiving life as good, I will keep you healthy and fit, don't miss out its all about the reminders.
