Rapporter et oversættelsesproblem
As much as I'd love to show picture or video evidence of these issues, I sadly do not have that much experience on figuring out how to post pictures or videos I've recorded into discussions. This is something I'll learn more myself as time goes by.
First, very detailed report here, I appreciate that!
The thing is, I played GMod that long that i was present when they added the PHX props to GMod. Before that time, the PHX props and tracks were only a addon for the game.
I tell you that because the crossings are meant for the PHX wheels and not the sliders unfortunately. Even the PHX sliders will get stuck on them, so there is nothing I can do to fix that I guess.
Oh and another info, one of the PHX switches have brocken physics:

At the part of the switch where the curve is, 2 physics pieces are not present, so be careful.
And for Ron's crossing I try to change the ST3-Tram slider so it will fit.
But I cant promise anything at the moment.
Ron's crossing is even tighter as far I can tell. Would be difficult to create a good and stable slider for the ST3-Tram. But I try my best.
All my sliders need that wobble, otherwise they are not useable on all sort of railway that exist out there. May as addons or railway on maps.
Changing them is bound with high risk that some track packs or maps aren't supported anymore and I try to avoid that.

This is just a test, not the final version!
I need to do more tests to be sure all works fine with more then one tram.
Like 3-4 tram coupled together.
If the updated version of the slider works fine, I will release the update with next upcoming stuff we working on!
What if you were to swap out the current sliders with new ones that use a thinner flange but still containing that wiggle that you mentioned?
Now I have thought about this idea for a bit because sometimes if the hit-box of a prop is too thin, it can have high potential going through other props or even falling through the map. So when I say thinner flanges, I'm talking thin enough to stay on and fit through the Cross tracks but not too thin to go through other props whilst keeping that wiggle. If this idea unfortunately does not work, I'll be 100% understandable that this issue is beyond fixing.
You understand it flawlessly!
I could make the flanges thinner.
But I need to keep that wobble.
I would loose that wobble if I spread the thin flanges to much to go through the PHX crossings.
The wobble I'm talking about is also necessary to drive in tight curves with train cars that have only 2 axles and no boogies.
You may wonder: Why is that so?
It's because of my train coupler hinges. Their are not moveable like in real life. My trains and wagons are just connected with one BallSocket. Not a moving hinge arm.
So, updating my phx sliders would result in reworking the whole coupling mechanism.
And only for making my trains able to drive over a cross piece seem a bit too much, to be honest.
If I ever rework the coupling mechanism, I would also change the sliders.
But that seems far away in the future at the moment. No hard feelings.

Everything seems fine and can be released with our next big update.
Oh and i also added the railroad crossing. Because SW Train Sliders also got stuck there.
The 3 track pieces have full Track Assembly Tool support and are in the SW Modelpack spawnlist.
Fixed and added to:

The ST3-Tram also got new sliders to fit better to Ron's Track Pack:
