We are excited to announce that the World Ocean Day Sale starts today and runs until 12th June, 10am PDT 2025, where you can save $$$ on hundreds of awesome games.



Purchases made during the World Ocean Day Sale will support Whale and Dolphin Conservation (WDC) and their mission to reverse the global decline of whale and dolphin populations. Proceeds will help fund 10 dive missions to remove deadly “ghost gear” - lost or abandoned fishing equipment - from reefs, seabeds, and shipwrecks in UK waters.



Ghost gear is major threat and causes lethal entanglement hazards to marine life like whales and dolphins. Each dive can recover up to around 200 kilos of ghost gear - that's like lifting three adults at once. In 2024 alone, WDC’s dive partners pulled up more than two tonnes of abandoned nets - that's like dragging a car, or a full-grown hippo out of the sea. It’s a serious problem.



The ocean plays a vital role in maintaining life on Earth - it generates more oxygen and absorbs more carbon than all the world’s forests combined. Whales and dolphins are intelligent, awe-inspiring beings that help maintain this critical ecosystem. Yet tragically, an estimated 300,000 whales die every year due to fishing gear entanglement.

By taking part in the sale, you’re not only picking up amazing titles - you’re also contributing to immediate conservation action through these dive missions as well as enabling WDC to work on long-term solutions like better fishing gear disposal and recycling systems around UK shores.
