Simple Reign of Kings roleplaying server. We hate wipes.

Rules:

We have some few and simple rules.

Killing & Combat

K1 - No killing on sight during the day, at night it is allowed to kill, hunt or capture other players.
K2 - No seeking revenge after being killed, unless you're defending your own base, otherwise declare war. (You can not come back one hour later, and kill the guys who took your stuff)
K3 - No taking hostages just for the purpose of killing them, there must be roleplay involved.
K4 - It is not allowed to kill sleepers before 5 minutes after a restart.
K5 - If there is a reason to kill a person i.e. raiding, self-defense or ignored warnings, it is not considered KOS (killing on sight).
K6 - It is allowed to kill a player, if they are trying to steal from you.
K7 - It is allowed to kill players in your claimed area, but you have to warn them first.

Raiding

R1 - If raiding, don't be a ♥♥♥♥ about it, destroy only what you need to destroy. (NO destruction of crests)
R2 - Do not destroy crests, and do not crest others houses.
R3 - No complete removal of bases (putting down a crest to take the blocks)
R4 - It is not allowed to claim or build around resources and use it for KoS reason.
R5 - Raiding is when you gain unwanted entry to a person's base, and take their stuff and/or kill them.
R6 - Smashing wood and lower tiers blocks to gain entry to a house is allowed
R7 - No placing of ballistas or trebuche inside crested areas.
R8 - No trebbing bases outside of wars.

War

W1 - No Random Trebuchet firing (shooting randomly at the Plains, for example)
W2 - It is only allowed to use trebuchet in war.
W3 - To win a war, you need to destroy the enemies' crest. You can also win by the eniemies surrendering.
W4 - You are allowed to demand a payment to end the war.
W5 - You need a valid (RP) reason to start a war.

Building

B1 - No building inside the King's Castle.
B2 - No blocking the tax tree opening.
B3 - Don't put down a bed at the Kings Castle.
B4 - Build realistic bases. (No flying bases, you need to have some kind support for the building)

Chat & VOIP

C1 - No racism
C2 - Don't insult people Out Of Character (OOC).
C3 - Respect the admins, players as well as the rules.
C4 - Keep arguing to a minimum in the chat.
C5 - Dont spam in chat.

realy need to hurry up and remove the whitelist we have pritty much lost almost all the players in the server when i get on theres usly 1 or 2 ppl on some times 4 or 5 only cause of are guild members

hmm than it must be in the server history and favorit list, but there is the server. i was now on a another german server only with admin and me, but this is gone now too. i will delet the game and install new

I understand what you say, but the server should not have closed at any time, since it is a 24/7 server.And it doesnt seems like you are on the ban list

for 2 days the server closed at 14:53 and has opened at 16:00 i come in at 16:35 (i had looked some lets plays) and i must create my character new, i have asked Sir Yarmun and Slave if it was an wipe and that i had saw by closing the server 5 named has died sign in the chat, Slave means after it he want restart the server and look why i hae create my character, then i doesnt can join the server and i doesnt can find the server after it.
