3 rounds win is very unnecessary.. you can derank just as easy going 0-16.

EASIEST way to derank, get a full lobby, put the map Agency ONLY then use (mm_dedicated_search_maxping 350) in console. Now for every round just jump out the window/off the map at round start.
I got Silver 3 to Silver 1 in about 5 games or so doing this.. and each games takes like 10mins or faster..
