Why is SiN-G good ? / Recruitment Process

We require people with good attitude, personality, discipline.
Why is SiN-G good ? We collect great people from the servers which we have met each other on. This team is very flexible and can have as member as we can count as long as they qualify. I encourage each member to be motivated enough to associate with others - which is what this team is about. I don't look for skill(s) but as the game goes - skills are required to play this game. I'd rather enjoy this game with great people - than to play this game alone - Which is a very good idea of what this team is about.

**Rule Number 1** NO FOUL LANGUAGE/PROFANITY ALLOWED
I believe strongly that not cursing and being formal will build a friendly relationship. A healthy relationship.

1) Get accepted and wear a tag

2) Gain your privilege and respect by demonstrating a great attitude, personality, discpline. (word choice is huge on this process *hint*)

3) Make it to the roster

4) You're in the team :-)

The main focus of this team is to collect good people and to appreciate each other for their ability to control themselves, and have a great time.

- of course - having a good time is relative/depends on the people or person. My [(Training) (Tsie) (gc)]'s ideal of having a good time is to adapt with each other, communicate well, I don't look for skill(s) but as the game goes we are required to play well. -

new policy - representing an advertisement of your own religious belief is required to keep in private

My role for the team:

1) I reach out to other to see who is/are interested in our team. Our team is processed by screening, interviewing, filtering the person's personality along with their attitude and discipline.

2) Once they are accepted - and then invited to our team, depending on who it is - that person will be watched over by the founder of the team 'Mostly known as; Training (Tsie) (gc)'

3) Once the group is accepted - we will see how it goes by joining the same chatroom and conversing with each other.

4) There's a rule for our team
- Use word(s) extremely careful so that we don't look worse than what would appear to be formal.

- SiN-G (Strength in Numbers Global) is NOT about skill(s) - although as part of the game we do use our skill(s).

- SiN-G is about the great quality and features of the people that will be brought in when they are accepted as the team. Generally we do not tolerate cursing/swearing/cussing and we are 'supposed to be a mature team' - which means that we have a requirement of having a high stardard of discipline - to be watching what we say. (Choosing our word(s) extremely cautiously. No words like Sh*t or F*ck or any other words that is explicit allowed.)

** - We will have in-house scrims and practicing which means that; We will play with each other on the same server as a team.

- We will not play Competitive as a team until we are ready to play publicly. **

Hi. I have to make an announcement about Strength in Numbers Global. I thought that this team would make a great idea come true but I found that I am not as.....involved or engaged in playing Counter-Strike Global Offensive as much as I thought I would be - but I am still very engaged and or involved in collection of great people ! What I have to say is that maybe this team would be better if it was a 'club' or something like that. I have different ideas and thoughts about what I can .... .... help come into existence such as how Strength in Numbers Global came into foundation and existence.

I don't mind starting up.... an idea about..... great people with great character, features, value(s), and such (including understanding, genuine identity, perspective that is helpful in any sense, etc.). I also have to say that I joined a team called International-Revolution which is a Counter-Strike 1.6 team which I love because I love Counter-Strike 1.6 and I am seeing if that community is something I want to be with. I wish everyone the best and if you want to talk with me then I will definitely respond to you as well as converse with you about any nice topic to share and talk with/about. I appreciate every member of this team and I also I love you guys so if you are still intersted in supporting Strength in Numbers Global as a club then I am with you to the fullest. I still can't speculate on what will happen in the future BUT I will say that I am up for whatever that can happen as long as it works out well in a secure, healthy, safe, understandable, etc. way(s) !

I seem to be very focused and engaged in learning information or contexts as well as contents and materials from school or academic p... papers. So I am spending majority of my time pronouncing word(s) from a textbook which has great knowledge and intellectual support as well as great methods and strategies to communicate, solve problems, consider new thought(s), invention(s), etc. so I really do care to focus on this privelege and chance and luck to absorb such materials. I appreciate knowledge and education as well as people with great discipline as well as respect, fun, lilfe, etc. I hope I am explaining this well enough to communicate for you guys. I appreciate you, I love you and I wish to see more in a secure, healthy, safe, etc. future. Luck and miracles and wishes to the fullest ! <3 !

Remember the three important features of a perfect person: great attitude, communication, discipline (**looks back into the overview section of this team page**. Oh it's great attitude, personality, and discipline :-).)

I have to add the reason for why this team wasn't entirely successful as it could have been otherwise. Any team needs people that are self-motivated and supportive. And this team had GREAT people so I really value this part of the team ! The problem is that there wasn't enough flexible and........(it's fine but) I need to have more people who are motivated to making this idea come true !
