Spec Started out as a group of friends who enjoyed playing PUG's of MW3. Over time, it developed into a well-oiled machine, winning 20-30 games in a row over gameplay sessions. however, with the broken DLC and hackers, Spec took a break

Now, Under the leadership of Abnormal, Takun, and Silk, spec will be re-created as a group of fun-loving individuals who enjoy playing to win.

There are a few ground rules:

1- No talking over ranks in chat. Keep your chat in-game relatively to the point. If your chatter doesn't give anything to the team, then don't say it.

2- No negativity. Swearing, complaining, talking about your deathstreak accomplishes nothing. It only adds to team negativity, and drags everybody else down.

3- No "all-chat" during games. This is extremely important. If you're typing in all chat, you're not playing. Keep chatter quiet during the game. After and before the game, keep it positive or neutral. No berating your opponents. Act as if they played a good game, and as if you're used to winning. Anything less is unprofessional and tacky.

4- Play as a team. We are strong as a group. You can be a 5,0 k/d player, but if you don't listen to calls, you'll drag the team down. Teamwork is the #1 reason we win, and we expect you to play accordingly

5- Have fun. Remember, it's a game. We're not a pro team, we just play to win - but also have fun. It's an important balance.
